1. Overview

At Hiphop Sparkle, each piece is handcrafted. We want you to be happy with your purchase — read below for details on refunds, returns, and exchanges.

2. Custom-Made Products

Custom items include name pendants, logo pendants, custom chains, and other made-to-order pieces.

  • Custom orders are non-refundable. Once production begins we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or refunds because these pieces are made uniquely for you.
  • Exceptions (replacement only): We will provide a free replacement if the item arrives damaged, has manufacturing defects, or is materially different from what you ordered.
  • Proof required: Please send clear unboxing photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery to support your claim.
Tip: Keep original packaging and ship with tracking when returning items so we can process replacements faster.

3. Standard Products (Non-Custom)

  • You may request a return within 5–7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
  • Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Production & Shipping Time

  • Production (custom items): 6–8 business days.
  • Shipping (USA): 8–9 business days.
  • Delays caused by courier companies or customs are not eligible for refunds.

5. Payments & Refunds

We offer partial payment/deposit options for custom orders. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos/videos (required for damaged/defective claims).

7. Order Cancellations

  • Custom orders: No cancellations after payment or once production starts.
  • Standard items: Cancellations allowed within 12 hours of placing the order.

8. Lost / Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier. If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you with the courier claim process, but a refund cannot be issued until the courier resolves the claim.
