Watches takes upto 6-8 business days to process and ship as they are customized and kept under observation for 24 hours. Additional to our processing times, your package will be received depending on your location Generally it will take 5-10 days to deliver your watch. You will get a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Processing time differs from product to product. Some in-stock items can be shipped out within 48 hours, while advanced custom orders may take 1-2 weeks. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address notifying you of your tracking details and projected delivery date.
Important: It's worth mentioning that on occasion, transactions may take additional time to be received by our bank, leading to extended processing periods. Transactions may require up to 24-48 hours to be processed into our bank account. Shipping will commence once we have confirmation that the funds have been successfully deposited.

We are unable to cancel or edit an order after it’s been placed, as they are sent to manufacturing within minutes of being placed. We can't make adjustments to any items that are already in manufacturing.
