Custom items include name pendants, logo pendants, custom chains, and other made-to-order pieces.
- Custom orders are non-refundable. Once production begins we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or refunds because these pieces are made uniquely for you.
- Exceptions (replacement only): We will provide a free replacement if the item arrives damaged, has manufacturing defects, or is materially different from what you ordered.
- Proof required: Please send clear unboxing photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery to support your claim.
3. Standard Products (Non-Custom)
- You may request a return within 5–7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
- Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

We mostly use premium moissanite stones. But we can also make pieces with lab-grown or natural diamonds based on your choice.
Does moissanite pass a diamond tester?
Yes, moissanite passes diamond testers and also gives incredible shine and brilliance.
What’s the main difference between moissanite and natural diamonds?
Both look almost the same. The only big difference is price — moissanite is budget-friendly but still premium.
How do you make custom designs?
We first create a CAD (3D) design, then casting, stone setting, polishing and final finishing.
What is a CAD design?
CAD is a 3D model of your jewelry that shows exactly how your piece will look before production starts.
Can I send my own design?
Yes, you can send a logo, letters, photo, or even a sketch. We will make it exactly as you imagine.
How long does custom jewelry take?
After CAD approval, production takes around 9–10 days. We share videos throughout the process.
What metals do you use?
We use silver, gold and platinum — all premium quality.
Will the color fade?
No. We use high-quality rhodium + micron plating for long-lasting shine.
Are stones glued or handset?
All stones are 100% handset. We never use glue.
